I had high hopes for this water bottle, but right from the start it has leaked terribly from the spigot. It doesn't even leak around the seal; the water drips from the spigot itself. They do offer replacement spigots, which I may do to see if it fixes the problem, but I certainly wouldn't purchase again or recommend it to anyone.

this works great. Good quality valve. hardly any drips. Great if you have kids. Fits perfectly in my counter depth fridge.....measure yours to be sure. They could improve the screw cap at the top though, by moving it to the back corner since u never get out all the liquids when cleaning or emptying. but i would buy this product again. I love it.

I was slowly filling this with water, leaving it in my fridge as I filled it. One morning I came into the kitchen to discover that the seal around the spout had broken, filling the bottom 2/3 of shelves in my fridge with water. Total crap. I'm not pleased, and wish I could return this. Throwing it away is only second best.
