I purchased this combo, and received no batteries!

As I understand it;

*** + charger states: plus a charger
*** Combo says that: it is a combination, meaning 2 things in one purchase.

I should have received 2 batteries, and 1 charger,but only received a charger
I have advised Amazon that I did not receive the batteries, and still have not received a reply.

I feel price I paid for a simple battery charger is outrageous!
